The data collected and stored via the Website is hosted by an external company, HOIST GROUPE France, which provides HotSoft, PMS-type software (Property Management System), by Hoist Group, for managing client relations.

The PMS software and back-office, as well as the access controls and accessories used by the hotel, which enable appropriate protection of the user’s data depending on its nature, the extent of its processing and its availability. All of the hotel’s partners and service providers are required to respect your data.

Whatever efforts are made, no transfer method over the Internet and no electronic storage method is completely safe. Consequently we cannot guarantee total security.

If we learn of a security breach, we will inform the users concerned so that they may take appropriate measures. Our incident notification procedures take our legal obligations into account, whether they are at national or European level. We undertake to fully inform our clients of all the questions relating to the security of their account and to provide them with all the information necessary to help them respect their own regulatory obligations in terms of reporting.
